2027 Specialty and supported specialty’s
Lakeland Winter Haven Kennel Club welcomes ALL clubs who want to have a show with us to please reach out. We are not on that portion of the premium and welcome any club no matter how small. If you would like to host a Concurrent stand-alone show, Nationals Event, Designated using our Judges, or just would like to support your breed at our show we have special incentives for you. Our shows are February 18th to the 21st for 2027 and it will be our 55th Birthday! Come and join us to celebrate with your breed. We are hoping to do a 70’s theme all weekend! Come with your best Hippy, bell-bottoms, tie dye outfits and win prizes on Saturday! Love, Peace, and Harmony!
For your clubs we will have setup Obedience, Rally, Scentwork, Farm Dog, AKC FETCH, FCAT, CGC, Trick Dog, AKC ATT, and Dock Diving, Health Clinics! You can add that into your show premium and advertise it to your clubs….no work on your part needed. for Supported we pay clubs $3 a dog and for Designated we pay clubs $4 a dog. We take care of your Judge, Ribbons (unless you want upgrades to Rosettes), We will cover the Best of Breed Rosette. For Concurrent you will need to setup as a stand-alone contact with MBF who the only superintendent at the show is. We would like to Welcome to the Lakeland Shows the Mid-Florida Sporting Dog Asso. with a Back-to-back Sporting Group Show on February 18th, 2027
The first club that will be Joining Lakeland Winter Haven KC Strawberry Classic Dog shows will be the Hound Asso of Central Florida
We will be welcoming a supported entry all 3 days from the Scottish Terrier Club of Tampa Bay
The Flat-coated Retriever Society of America and the Southern Skies Flat-coated Retriever Club will be hosting a designated speciality on February 20th
The Sunshine State English Cocker Spaniel Club will be hosting 2 Concurrent Specialties for February 19th and 20th, 2027 during the LWHKC Strawberry Classic! They will also be supporting the entry for the regular shows!
The Tampa Bay Bulldog Club will be coming to the Lakeland Strawberry Classic with a supported Entry all 3 days
